Is parking available at the Gaylord?

  • Yes, in addition to discounted room rates, AOC has secured discounted self parking for our attendees!
  • Self Parking: $38/day + tax
    • For those individuals who booked in the AOC block and are staying at the Gaylord, at check-in please indicate that you have a vehicle. Your keycard will be activated to allow for in and out privileges as well as apply the discounted parking rate to your room.
      • Please ensure that at check-out you keep one of your keycards to allow you to exit the garage.
    • For those individuals driving to the Gaylord each day, you may pick up discounted parking vouchers at Registration & Badge Pickup, located in the Potomac Ballroom Foyer.
  • Valet parking is also available for $67/day + tax (not discounted, no voucher needed)

When and where can I pick up my badge?

  • Registration & Badge Pickup is located on the Ballroom Level, in the Potomac Ballroom Foyer. Open hours are:
    • Tuesday, December 10               1:00 – 5:30 PM
    • Wednesday, December 11         7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
    • Thursday, December 12             7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
    • Friday, December 13                   7:30 AM – 2:00 PM

When is the Exhibit Hall open to attendees?

  • Wednesday, December 11                    10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Thursday, December 12                        9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Friday, December 13                              9:30 AM – 2:00 PM

What is the dress code?

  • Military - Duty Uniform of the Day
  • Civilian - Business Professional

How do I get to the Main Stage/General Sessions?

  • Located in Hall A on the Lower Atrium level of the Gaylord, attendees will enter as follows (signage will help direct onsite):
    • Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Morning Sessions - Enter through the Hall A Foyer
    • Wednesday, Thursday Afternoon Sessions - Enter through the Exhibit Hall
    • Friday Afternoon Session - Enter through the Hall A Foyer

How do I navigate the Gaylord?

  • Download the new Gaylord app for help with finding your way around the property.

Who can attend the Program Manager Briefing Series (PMBS) sessions?

  • The PMBS sessions are open to booth personnel and master pass badge types only (closed to media).

Where is the coffee located?

  • Monday - Wednesday morning coffee will be available in the PG Hall A foyer outside of the Main Stage entrance from 7:00 - 8:00 AM.
  • Coffee will be available in the Crows’ Nest during open Exhibit Hall hours.

Where can I get lunch?

  • Lunch will be served in the Exhibit Hall
    • Wednesday, December 11            11:00 AM - 12:30 PM
    • Thursday, December 12                11:00 AM - 12:30 PM
    • Friday, December 13                      11:30 AM - 1:00 PM

Who can attend the Welcome Reception at POSE?

  • Master Pass and Booth Personnel badge types may attend the Tuesday evening Welcome Reception.

Can I attend the Welcome Reception if I don't have my badge?

  • Badges are required for entry to the Welcome Reception. Please plan to wear or bring your badge with you for quick entry. Note that registration is open from 1:00 – 5:30 PM on Tuesday before the Welcome Reception.

Are there any good places to eat near the hotel?

  • Please visit the Things to do in/around National Harbor information on the convention website.

Is Wi-Fi available?

  • Complimentary Gaylord public Wi-Fi is available for basic usage throughout all public spaces on the hotel side of the venue. If staying overnight at the Gaylord, your guestroom Wi-Fi is accessible on the hotel side of the venue using your guestroom login details.
  • Please note that public Wi-Fi is not available on the convention side of the venue, where most AOC activities take place. We recommend planning for alternative connectivity as needed.

Do you have a lost and found?

  • Yes, lost and found items turned into AOC staff will be held throughout the show at Registration and Badge Pickup.

My badge didn't survive my coffee this morning, can I get another one?

  • Damaged badges may be turned in and re-issued at no cost. Lost badges will be re-issued upon the delegate's presentation of proper identification. A $25 fee will apply.

Are slides/briefs available before the event?

  • Slides and briefs are not available before the event. AOC will have a password-protected website available to Master Pass attendees to access approved and releasable slides and briefs after the event.

How can I get in touch with speakers after the event?

  • Speakers who approve their email being released will be listed on a password-protected website accessible after the event to Master Pass attendees.
